We work with local family-owned farms to bring quality products directly to you. All of our raw garlic is sourced from local farms within 100 miles and processed here on the central coast in our kitchen.
Our black garlic products are made with great care. Slowly heated to 140-160°F (60-70°C) and held there for several weeks; Where they undergo a long transformative process via the Malliard reaction to produce the rich sweet jet black cloves that we enjoy so much.
